We recently installed a new boiler into an existing home in Luton. The owner gave us a call as he was worried that his boiler was not performing as it should. As we expected the boiler was almost 20 years old and had not been serviced for a fair few years.
We explained to the home owner that a service would improve the efficiency but a new condensing boiler would really make a huge difference! After seeing the over 90% efficiency figure on a Worcester Bosch boiler he decided that he had to have one.
