Power Flushing
To increase the performance of your central heating system by removing the built-up grime, rust, lime scale and other debris, our engineers can power flush your system.
Completed in 3 – 4 Hours from set-up to completion.
No Physical Damage to your heating system and optimum efficiency restored.

What is Power Flushing?
Power flushing involves the loosening and removal of built-up grime, rust, lime scale and other debris from within your central heating system through the use of high velocity water and cleaning solution, but at a controlled pressure to avoid any damage.
It is recommended for solving common radiator problems such as cold patches, general slow warming, discoloured water when bleeding (or in severe cases from the tap) and excessive noise.
What are the benefits of Power Flushing?
As well as solving annoying noises and build up within your central heating system, power flushing returns it to peak efficiency. This can also reduce your overall heating bills and extend the life of your boiler and radiators. The cleaning solution used is designed to not only clear existing build up, but also to prevent its accumulation again in the future. For maximum benefit, power flushing can be completed at the same time as your boiler service.
Should Power Flush when Fitting New Boilers?
When it comes to installing a brand-new boiler, we would always recommend having your central heating system power flushed. It is important that all of the sludge and debris is first removed from the old system, as it could accumulate in the new boiler causing damage to your new system, reducing its efficiency.
How do we power flush an existing central heating system?
The process takes approximately 3-4 hours depending on the size and buildup of debris within the system. We temporarily remove the central heating pump and then attach the flushing unit between the pump valves which uses its own pump to send the tailored cleaning solution around the system.
